Refund and Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original, undamaged packaging.
- Free from any pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our dedicated customer support team at support@petluvly.com. Please include:
- Your Order Number.
- The name of the item you wish to return.
- A clear photo or brief video showing the item’s condition.
Note: Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or send a replacement free of charge.
- Change of Mind or Exchanges: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, or if you ordered the wrong size/color, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or your specific payment gateway) within 5 to 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as pet food, treats, or supplements).
- Custom or personalized pet products.
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
